ran a fully-automated global affiliate service with a CPA network under the hood — took it from a raw hypothesis to found product–market fit over three years. led cross-functional teams on Agile & Kanban; owned discovery, roadmap planning, CJM and deep CustDev/JTBD interviews with publishers; built a gamified retention loop. project capitalization reached $1.5M.
drove funnel growth for the Telegram mini-app (TMA) ecosystem — a multi-million global audience. market analysis, feature-rollout planning, backlog grooming and a large volume of quantitative tests. co-designed and documented the API incl. the TMA 2.0 spec, and rebuilt the docs structure data-driven from user behavior & integrator feedback so it reads and parses cleanly.
product strategy, growth & delivery across several B2B SaaS products. in a goods-accounting SaaS for marketplace sellers (Topseller) I lifted core metrics via gamification, referral scenarios and AI-assisted onboarding → 82% 30-day retention, 56% referral. in a real-estate CRM (Vladis) I designed an internal messenger as the core workflow, ran downmarket adaptation to SMB and a legacy audit. Litebox — AI customer support up to L2 on GPT/Claude API + RAG. plus a 0→1 mobile subscription launch (MeditationSteps) with multi-currency payments.
one-off and project-based consulting engagements. an international VPN product under constant blocking: alt-acquiring + crypto as backup payment rails, closed unit-economics, a year-ahead plan around regulatory risk. a top-10 iGaming product: retention & engagement for the VIP/whale segment — progression, loyalty and protective mechanics against abuse at the top tier.
